About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Unarmed Retail Security Officer to join our team in Colton, CA. In this role, you will serve as a highly visible deterrent to crime while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Your primary mission is to ensure a safe and secure environment for our clients and their customers.
You will act as the first line of defense by providing exceptional customer service and monitoring for irregularities, suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards. The role requires you to notify supervisors and on-site staff immediately when issues arise, remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area, and submit prompt, professional, and accurate reports regarding daily surveillance activities and important occurrences. Whether on foot or conducting vehicle patrols, you will embody our company values while operating as a trusted guardian of the site.
