The Chemical Operator is an integral part of our production team, responsible for the overall chemical production process in our plant producing Liquid Alum, ACH, and PAC chemicals. This role is diverse in its mechanical requirements, involving weighing and mixing chemical ingredients, monitoring equipment, and controlling the manufacturing process.
You will work as part of a collaborative team to develop the best processes and products. Your day will involve operating plant equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), handling and transporting chemicals safely, and managing the loading and unloading of tank trucks and railcar vessels. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting production issues, maintaining plant inventory records, and performing daily upkeep and maintenance duties.
