About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who enjoy solving complex challenges in the field. You will be responsible for controlling, monitoring, and operating process equipment to produce finished products, playing a vital role in our production operations. The role supports the team by assisting with the training of new operators and stepping in to relieve the Lead Technician when required.
In this role, you will ensure safe operation and high product quality while maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area. You will collaborate with maintenance and plant personnel on routine maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Whether in the lab or the field, you will contribute to a culture of safety and operational excellence.
