About the Role

This Chemical Engineering Co-op position is designed for engineers eager to learn rapidly within an environment of excellence. You will be paired with a mentor who provides technical guidance, feedback, and exposure to real-world engineering challenges. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, cross-functional collaboration, and professional engineering practices.

You will work on a wider range of troubleshooting problems, utilizing basic process knowledge and creative thinking to solve issues and recommend corrective actions. The position involves assisting with engineering projects under supervision, monitoring production results, and contributing to the design of moderately complex projects. You will also have the chance to support process operations, prepare engineering reports and cost estimates, and collaborate with engineers, production personnel, and other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Accounting.
