About the Role

As a Chemical Engineering Co-op, you will join a dynamic environment where you are paired with a mentor to receive technical guidance, feedback, and exposure to real-world engineering challenges. This role is designed for engineers keen to learn quickly in an environment of excellence.

You will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, cross-functional collaboration, and professional engineering practices. Working under the supervision of a Technical Manager, you will assist with engineering projects, monitor day-to-day production results, and support the specification and operation of plant processes. Your work will involve contributing to the design of moderately complex projects, preparing engineering reports and cost estimates, and utilizing creative thinking to troubleshoot problems and recommend corrective actions.

This position offers significant latitude for planning your work while fostering a culture where you learn from and support both engineers and process operators. You will interact with various departments including Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and suppliers, as well as visit other manufacturing facilities as necessary.
