The Food & Beverage Manager is the driving force behind unit operations and floor management. This role exists to facilitate the fulfillment of financial goals and company initiatives by overseeing all aspects of food, beverage, equipment, and property. You will cultivate a team environment that delivers exceptional customer service while directing the management team to ensure consistent high-level performance.
In this position, you will act as the company's primary point of contact with clients, representing the brand in a professional and positive manner. Your day will involve planning and directing daily operations, analyzing sales and labor forecasts, and managing P&L statements. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe facility environment, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards, and resolving customer inquiries. By motivating your team and instilling accountability, you will drive success in the unit and enhance the company's image with guests, associates, and vendors.
