We are seeking a solution-driven Chef de Cuisine to elevate a boutique hotel and restaurant in Savannah, GA. Our Executive Chef is looking for a collaborative, high-energy leader to help realize the vision of making this property the premier eating and drinking destination in the city.
Over the last few months, we have completely transitioned away from pre-made "Cisco boxes" to a 100% scratch operation. Now, we need a strong second-in-command to help build an incubator for culinary talent and train a team eager to learn better technique.
As a key leader in the kitchen, you will focus on elevating the team's technique and instilling a culture of culinary education. You will tackle challenges head-on, navigating the unpredictable nature of the hospitality industry alongside the Executive Chef without waiting for a silver platter. This role is for someone who solves problems rather than complaining about variables outside their control.
