This position serves as a vital operational partner to the Facility Manager, facility staff, and physicians, ensuring the seamless delivery of quality patient care within a vascular access facility. The role exists to bridge clinical excellence with administrative efficiency, coordinating daily procedures while upholding strict compliance with company, state, and federal policies.
In this capacity, you will act as a primary resource for both patients and staff, guiding individuals from admission through discharge. Your day involves managing complex patient workflows, overseeing the administration of medications and IV conscious sedation, and ensuring the integrity of medical records. You will also serve as the Facility Manager in their absence, leading the team through emergency situations, conducting safety drills, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives to maintain the highest standards of care.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a comprehensive evaluation process designed to assess clinical competency, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit. This typically includes a review of licensure and certifications (including ACLS and CPR), followed by interviews focusing on scenario-based problem solving and facility management experience.
