About the Role
We are seeking a Full-Time ASC Charge Nurse / Director of Nursing to lead our vascular surgery center in Garden Grove, CA. This position uniquely blends clinical expertise with administrative leadership, serving as a pivotal bridge between the Facility Manager, medical staff, and physicians.
In this role, you will ensure the seamless coordination of facility operations and patient procedures. Your day-to-day impact involves overseeing clinical staff, managing staffing schedules, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives to meet rigorous regulatory standards. You will foster a safe, sanitary, and efficient environment while ensuring patients and their families receive comprehensive education regarding pre- and post-procedure care. As a leader, you will also act as the Facility Manager in their absence, guiding the team through complex operational challenges and emergency situations.
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a full-time position with a standard Monday through Friday schedule. You will enjoy a work-life balance with no evenings, weekends, or major holidays required. The role involves a mix of desk work, direct patient interaction, and collaboration with facility staff and physicians. Occasional travel to regional, Business Unit, and corporate meetings may be necessary.
