This position is based onsite at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO, within the Medicine Specialties department. You will join a dynamic team providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care on Acute Care (Med-Surg) Units characterized by moderate to high patient acuity. The role requires a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes, prioritizing wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
In this fast-paced, innovative clinical environment, you will contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care. The position involves modeling proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and welcoming new knowledge. AMSN's core curriculum and various specialty certification standards are integrated into the evidence-based care models for each unit.
This is a full-time role working weekend nights. UCHealth offers a Night Shift Incentive Program that pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) to full-time night shift RNs and LPNs. Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience.
