About the Role
You will join a dynamic team at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado, providing top-of-scope direct patient care in Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity. This role is integral to achieving exceptional outcomes through a multidisciplinary team approach, prioritizing wellness, patient perspectives, and evidence-based practice.
In this fast-paced, innovative clinical environment, you will contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. You will also have the opportunity to model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and UCHealth, while welcoming new knowledge to continuously evolve your practice. Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training, ensuring competency validation throughout your clinical orientation.
Night Shift Incentive
We offer a Night Shift Incentive Program to recognize the dedication of our night team. Full-time night shift RNs receive $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) as part of this program.
