This Part Time Night Shift Registered Nurse position serves as a vital component of our Acute Care (Med-Surg) units, managing moderate to high patient acuity. You will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to secure safety and quality at the point of care. The role is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment and is eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of our care models.
As a member of this team, you will model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth, while welcoming new knowledge to enhance your practice. You will work alongside a collaborative group to achieve the high standards expected in our specialty units, which incorporate AMSN's core curriculum and various specialty certification standards.
UCHealth offers a competitive pay rate of $35.29 - $54.71 per hour, dependent on relevant experience. We recognize the dedication required for night shifts through our Night Shift Incentive Program, which pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) to full-time night shift RNs and LPNs. Additionally, employees are eligible for a 3-Year Incentive Bonus, annual merit pay increases, and annual market reviews to ensure base pay remains competitive.
