About the Role

You will join a dynamic team at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO, within the Medical Acute Care Unit. This onsite Registered Nurse position focuses on providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within specialty Med-Surg units of moderate to high patient acuity.

In this fast-paced, innovative clinical environment, you will prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice. You will value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes and contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care. The role involves modeling proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and welcoming new knowledge. Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training, ensuring competency validation throughout your clinical orientation.
