About the Role

As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will be a vital part of our Denver/Metro Acute Care Enterprise team, supporting patients and clinical teams across our network of hospitals, including Highlands Ranch Hospital, Broomfield Hospital, Longs Peak Hospital, and University of Colorado Hospital. This onsite role offers the dynamic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment where you can practice top-of-scope nursing care.

You will provide direct care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity. Success in this role requires valuing a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes while prioritizing wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice. Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training, ensuring competency validation throughout your clinical orientation. You will also have the opportunity to model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and UCHealth.
