We are seeking a detail-oriented Change Management Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the successful implementation of organizational changes. In this role, you will work closely with project teams to assess, monitor, and improve change management processes while ensuring quality standards are met. You will play a critical part in safeguarding the integrity of our systems by evaluating the impact of changes on other services and Configuration Items (CIs), and collaborating with engineering and release teams to ensure effective change evaluation and deployment.
