This position serves as a feeder role for future opportunities in Production Supervision, Supply Chain Planning, Engineering, and Production Operations Management within 1 to 2 years. The Change Control Coordinator is committed to maintaining seamless change control, supporting cross-functional alignment, and ensuring all customer requirements are met accurately and on time in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will drive operational excellence by standardizing work, optimizing line balance, and ensuring clear direction and precise timing across all production processes. This role requires a unique blend of data-oriented organization and an operator's viewpoint, taking ownership of cell setup and design. You will be the bridge between the manufacturing floor and cross-functional teams, leading continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring that metrics are not only met but exceeded.
You will work within the Site Manufacturing Change Control team, collaborating closely with the Quality, Engineering, HR, Materials, Finance, and Maintenance departments. The role demands flexibility, including international travel and shift jumping, and empowers you with the authority to stop production when quality or safety issues arise.
