Power without pause. Heating, cooling, and oil-free air without end. We keep our customers' worlds on. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades, our mission is to deliver energy solutions that never stop.
As a Workforce Scheduler based in New Orleans, LA, you will bring your energy to our team to optimize technician resources, ensuring we meet business priorities and achieve excellence in service delivery. You will partner with the Service Center Manager and Team Lead to develop schedules that balance workshop and field activities, including commissioning, decommissioning, breakdowns, and preventative maintenance. Your role is pivotal in coordinating dispatches efficiently based on work type, location, and skill sets, while identifying opportunities for additional charges and ensuring strict adherence to customer-specific safety requirements.
Our people are can-do, positive, resilient, and persistent. If that feels like you, apply now and build your career with the people bringing energy to the world. We foster a safety-focused culture where everyone is encouraged to be themselves.
We welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, respecting unique skills, attitudes, and experiences. We are an equal opportunity employer and consider applications based on qualifications and experience, not on race, colour, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. We believe that when people are allowed to be themselves at work, they do their best for each other, our customers, our communities, and their careers.
