About the Role
The Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA) plays a vital role in the multi-specialty perioperative setting, first assisting the surgeon or physician in the performance of surgical procedures. You will work in a dynamic environment that includes general, orthopedic, neurological, spinal, ENT, gynecological, urology, cardiovascular, thoracic, vascular, trauma, plastic, transplant, colon-rectal, and pediatric surgery.
In this role, you will experience the highest quality patient care by placing the needs of the patient first. You will have the opportunity to find purpose in supporting groundbreaking procedures and changing patients' lives, just as our current Certified Surgical Assistants do.
Hiring Incentives
We are currently offering hiring incentives for new and experienced candidates:
- $10,000 for new graduate surgical assistants.
- $15,000 for experienced surgical assistants with one year or more of experience.
Note: Candidates who received CIP funds or education for employment agreements are not eligible for these incentives.
