As a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, you serve as a vital link between our patients and our pharmacy team. In this role, you operate under the supervision of the pharmacist to assist in the daily practice of pharmacy. Your day involves a blend of clinical support and operational excellence, from filling prescriptions and verifying medication details to managing inventory and handling third-party claims. You will also play a key role in maintaining the pharmacy's efficiency by coaching technicians and cashiers, ensuring the department remains clean, stocked, and orderly. Additionally, you may assist in administering clinical services and building relationships with the local medical community to enhance healthcare growth opportunities.
