About the Role
As a Full Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), you will join a dynamic interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive anesthesia care. In this role, you will partner closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes from pre-anesthesia assessment through postoperative recovery.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing individualized care plans, administering general, regional, and neuraxial anesthesia, and managing complex physiological changes during procedures. You will play a critical role in patient safety by monitoring vital signs, managing airways, and responding promptly to emergencies. Beyond clinical duties, you will have the opportunity to engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- check_circleDevelop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans for surgical patients
- check_circleAdminister general, regional, and neuraxial anesthesia in collaboration with anesthesiologists
- check_circleManage airway, ventilation, hemodynamics, fluids, and medications throughout the perioperative period
- check_circleInsert and manage IVs and other invasive monitoring lines as credentialed
- check_circleProvide postoperative pain management and participate in PACU rounds
- check_circleAccurately document all aspects of anesthesia care in the electronic medical record
- check_circleParticipate in call rotations and respond to emergency and code situations
- check_circleEducate patients and families on anesthesia plans, risks, and postoperative expectations
- check_circleEngage in quality improvement, patient safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives
- check_circleContinuously monitor patients' physiological status and respond promptly to changes
Requirements
