About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to deliver safe, patient-centered anesthesia care. This role is vital to our mission, ensuring that every surgical and procedural case is managed with precision and compassion. You will serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

In this position, you will perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities include administering general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care while continuously monitoring vital signs to maintain patient safety and comfort. You will also manage post-anesthesia recovery and acute pain control, ensuring a smooth transition for patients as they heal.

Beyond clinical duties, you will play an active role in quality improvement and safety initiatives, staying current with evidence-based practice updates. A significant part of your role involves educating patients and their families on anesthesia procedures, potential risks, and post-procedure expectations, helping them feel informed and supported throughout their journey.
