About the Position
A hospital team in Northeastern Virginia is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their Anesthesiology department. This role offers a supportive, high-acuity clinical environment where you can enjoy coastal living while making a significant impact on patient care.
The position features a flexible schedule with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, specifically designed to work 3 days per week. The role includes no call, no nights, and no weekends. The case mix is diverse, covering general surgery, obstetrics, neurology, vascular procedures (excluding open heart), orthopedics, and optional pediatric cases.
Compensation and Benefits
This W2 position offers a competitive base salary of $250,000 to $260,000, depending on years of experience, along with $95,000 in bonuses. The comprehensive benefits package includes student loan forgiveness, 6 weeks of PTO, and full malpractice and tail coverage.
