About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. You will collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nurses to optimize patient outcomes and care coordination.
Your day will involve partnering with the perioperative team to develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans. From comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments to managing airway, ventilation, and hemodynamic status throughout the surgical period, you will ensure the highest standards of patient safety. You will also play a key role in educating patients and families regarding anesthesia plans and recovery, addressing their questions and concerns with clarity and empathy.

Requirements
- verifiedCurrent unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
- verifiedCurrent Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification from the NBCRNA
- verifiedGraduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program (DNAP or MSN/DNP with anesthesia focus)
- verifiedActive Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- verifiedActive Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- verifiedPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or willingness to obtain within defined timeframe
- verifiedEligibility to obtain and maintain prescriptive authority as required by state law
- verifiedExperience working in acute care or critical care settings prior to anesthesia training
