About the Role
The Pelvic Floor Therapist-Certified (PFT-C) is a specialized clinical leader dedicated to delivering and promoting the highest level of care for individuals seeking rehabilitation services. This role embodies the intersection of science and art, utilizing the best available evidence to drive clinical growth, champion quality improvement, and foster evidence-based programs throughout Intermountain Rehabilitation.
In this position, you will serve as a mentor to other caregivers and a catalyst for interdisciplinary care. You will spend approximately 80% of your time in your specialty area, performing advanced practice patient care that prioritizes complex patient needs while maintaining exemplary documentation and regulatory compliance. As a leader within the department, you will actively participate in research initiatives and integrate new findings into best practices within our Learning Health System.
