About the Role
As a Surgical Technologist within our Labor and Delivery department, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's mission to provide safe and effective nursing care. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of the sterile team in a Level I Trauma Hospital, assisting surgeons across a diverse range of specialties including Vascular, Cardiac, Neurosurgery, Robotics, Spine, Orthopedics, and more.
Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with the surgical team to prepare the operating room, maintain sterile fields, and manage instrument turnover between cases. You will support patients across all age groups, from neonates to geriatric, ensuring adherence to strict hospital policies and procedures while actively contributing to patient safety initiatives and professional development.

Requirements
