This position is based at the Seattle MLK site, with coverage extending to north and east King County and South Snohomish as needed. You will function as a vital member of the Interdisciplinary Team, assessing needs and providing Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services alongside direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. A key component of this role involves managing home care coordination to ensure seamless support for patients.
