About the Role
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) serves as a vital member of the rehabilitation team, delivering direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Working within Life Care's post-acute care facilities, you will implement treatment plans, interpret goals, and ensure patients receive high-quality therapy in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
This position is designed for professionals who thrive in an interdisciplinary environment. You will act as a liaison between patients, families, and support departments to plan for individual needs while maintaining professional relationships with associates and vendors. The role requires a balance of clinical proficiency, sound judgment, and a positive attitude to support patient recovery and safety.
