Independence Village Fishers South is dedicated to a simple yet powerful philosophy: making every minute great. With 1,440 minutes in a single day, the team aspires to turn each one into an exceptional moment for residents and their families. This mission is driven by six core pillars: Dream Big, Have Courage, Take Initiative, Be Accountable, Give Back, and Enjoy it. The goal is to create the absolute best experience in every interaction, every minute of every day.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Independence Village Fishers South, you will be the heartbeat of resident care. You will also monitor vital signs, document care in real-time, and act as a vigilant advocate for resident safety and well-being, reporting any changes in condition immediately.
To apply, please ensure you hold a current, licensed Certified Nursing Assistant credential in accordance with Indiana state laws. Candidates with a High School Diploma or GED, and those with prior experience in healthcare, geriatrics, or working with the elderly, are highly preferred.
