As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be an essential member of our clinical team, working directly under the direction of professional nursing personnel. Your primary focus is to assist in providing comprehensive patient care, ensuring that every patient receives the support they need to thrive during their stay.
In this role, you will be the eyes and ears of the nursing team, managing daily activities that range from personal care and emotional support to performing complex clinical skills. You will play a hands-on part in the patient's daily life, assisting with activities of daily living, ensuring patient comfort through proper positioning and hygiene, and facilitating mobility. Your presence helps create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients and their families.
Candidates must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice upon hire and obtain Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification within the facility-specified timeframe. We look for individuals who demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to function under stress, and a commitment to maintaining good attendance.
