About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be the eyes and ears of the care team, ensuring that every resident receives appropriate care consistent with daily care plans. Your day involves supporting residents with their physical and hygienic needs, including bathing, grooming, and safe mobility assistance. You will work closely with the supervising charge nurse to communicate resident status and maintain accurate, timely records, all while strictly adhering to confidentiality, privacy, and universal precaution isolation standards.
