About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be the heart of our resident-focused care. This role goes beyond clinical tasks; it is about providing meaningful companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for our seniors. You will work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans, ensuring that every interaction respects residents' preferences and cultural backgrounds.
In your day-to-day, you will provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting safety during transfers and mobility. You will play a critical role in monitoring resident health by measuring and recording vital signs, promptly reporting any changes in condition, and maintaining a clean, infection-controlled environment. Whether you are supporting meals, facilitating activities, or simply engaging in conversation, your presence helps create a warm and secure home for our residents.
Hiring Process
