About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be the compassionate heart of our daily operations, providing high-quality, hands-on care to our senior residents. This role exists to ensure that every individual receives dignified support with their daily living activities, from personal hygiene and meals to mobility and positioning. You will work closely with licensed nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans, monitor resident conditions, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Your presence will directly contribute to fostering independence and well-being for those in our community.
Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment, along with a current CPR/BLS certification. The selection process includes a clear background check and health screening (including TB/physical as required) to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
