About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team and support residents in their daily lives. In this hands-on role, you will be the eyes and ears of our nursing staff, ensuring that every resident receives person-centered care that honors their dignity, independence, and safety.

Your day will involve assisting residents with essential activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while providing the encouragement needed to maintain their routines. You will monitor vital signs, observe changes in condition, and support safe mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics. Beyond clinical tasks, you will build trusting relationships with residents and their families through respectful communication, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
