About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be the heart of our healthcare and medical services, providing compassionate hands-on care to senior residents. This role exists to support residents in maintaining their independence while ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. You will assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding, all while promoting a safe and comfortable environment.

In this position, you will monitor residents' conditions, measure and record vital signs, and promptly report any changes to the nursing staff. Your day will involve collaborating with a supportive interdisciplinary team, including nurses and care coordinators, to follow individual care plans. Beyond physical care, you will build trusting, respectful relationships with residents and their families through kind, professional communication, engaging in conversation and activities to support emotional well-being.
