As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily lives of our senior residents. This hands-on position goes beyond clinical tasks; it is about fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere where residents feel respected and cared for. You will be the eyes and ears of the nursing team, monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in condition, while ensuring that daily living activities are handled with patience and dignity.

Your day will involve assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and mealtime service, all while maintaining strict safety and infection control protocols. Beyond the essential care duties, you will offer companionship and emotional support to residents and their families, helping to create a community where everyone feels valued.
