About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be the compassionate face of our senior living community. This resident-focused role is designed to make a meaningful impact on the daily lives of older adults. You will serve as a vital link between residents and the broader healthcare team, ensuring their physical, emotional, and safety needs are met with warmth and professionalism.
In this position, you will build respectful, compassionate relationships with residents and their families. Your day will involve providing hands-on assistance with personal care, mobility, and meals, all while closely observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions. You will work within a culture that prioritizes safety, infection control, and the preservation of resident dignity.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must hold a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and a current CPR/BLS certification. The selection process includes a background check and drug screen, as well as a negative TB test or health screening.
