As a Home Health Aide, you will be the vital link in our mission to provide accessible, high-quality, and personalized care directly in the patient's home. You will operate under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring that every visit contributes to the patient's overall well-being and continuity of care.
In this full-time role (32 hours per week), you will provide direct patient care that goes beyond clinical tasks. Your day will involve assisting patients with personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition while maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. You will play a key role in medication safety by assisting with self-administered medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting care interactions thoroughly.
Beyond clinical duties, you will often assist with light household tasks such as laundry, bed making, and meal preparation when no other assistance is available. This role requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as you will be traveling between patient homes to deliver compassionate care.
