Join our Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine team at Dell Children's North in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for families, ensuring a welcoming environment while capturing essential clinical data like height, weight, and vital signs. Your day will involve managing high-volume clinical calls to assess patient needs and provide clear guidance to families regarding their child's care. You will also assist parents with clinical intake forms, prepare exam rooms for pulmonary treatments, and manage scheduling for follow-up appointments. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and orderly environment by handling basic materials management functions, including ordering and stocking supplies.
