About the Role
This position provides safe, effective, and motivating group fitness classes for participants of all levels. You will lead the way in promoting fitness and positive self-esteem, offering cutting-edge classes that cater to everyone from beginners to advanced exercisers. Your role involves educating, monitoring, and encouraging participants while staying abreast of current fitness trends. You will execute classes within program guidelines, ensuring customer service and safety throughout the session, and perform general duties such as class maintenance and substitution.
