About the Role
As a Certified Caregiver, you will actively incorporate our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Your day-to-day involves developing a deep awareness of residents' interests and needs, assisting them in maximizing their independence and participation. You will provide exemplary care ranging from basic needs and activities of daily living to recreational activities, all within a safe environment designed to support resident well-being.
We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your life, including Day, Evening, and Night shifts with open availability throughout the week and weekends in our Assisted Living Department, as well as Night and Weekend On-Call roles in the Wellness Department.
