In this role, you will direct technicians across workflow, scheduling, and the dispensing operation, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your day-to-day involves overseeing the entire dispensing process, managing inventory, and maintaining rigorous record-keeping practices to meet legal and company standards. You will act as a key liaison, communicating operational insights and needs to the Central Fill general manager, pharmacy manager, and system administrators.
Beyond operational oversight, you will play a vital role in team development by participating in the orientation and training of new pharmacists and associates. You will also lead supervisors, leads, and customer service representatives, providing the direction necessary to maintain HIPAA compliance and adherence to state and federal drug laws. As a continuous learner, you are expected to broaden your pharmacy skills and knowledge, potentially obtaining licensure in additional states to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedBachelors Degree in Pharmacy or Foreign Pharmacist Equivalent Graduate from the Board of Pharmacy
- verifiedCurrent clinical license for all states within the geographical sector
- verifiedCurrent state pharmacist licensure in good standing
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office
- verifiedKnowledge of basic math
- verifiedEffective oral/written communication skills

1 year of retail experience. Any Central Fill or Mail Order Pharmacy experience. Any leadership experience.
