This position serves as a critical leader within our pharmacy operations, dedicated to ensuring the highest quality and accuracy in delivering patient prescriptions. You will direct technicians across workflow, scheduling, and the dispensing operation, acting as the guardian of the customer experience from interaction to fulfillment. In this capacity, you will provide leadership and direction to supervisors, leads, and customer service representatives. Your day will involve overseeing the entire dispensing process and associated record-keeping activities, ensuring that patient information is handled in strict HIPAA compliance. You will serve as a key liaison, communicating operational issues, suggestions, and repair needs to the Central Fill general manager, Central Fill pharmacy manager, and system administrator. Additionally, you will play a vital role in shaping our operational standards by participating in the periodic review and update of policies and procedures, as well as leading the orientation and training of new pharmacists and associates.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a comprehensive evaluation to assess their clinical expertise, leadership capabilities, and alignment with our organizational values.
