About the Role
The Clinical Director is a pivotal leader in our mission to maximize core model execution, driving improvements in clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and satisfaction for both clinicians and patients. This role is a hybrid of direct clinical practice and strategic leadership.
In this position, you will directly supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) in your assigned center. While you will be accountable for the overall clinical outcomes of the center, a portion of your time is allocated to direct patient care as a PCP, with the remainder dedicated to leadership responsibilities. These responsibilities include managing PCP performance, fostering engagement, and building a strong clinical-operations synergy and culture.
Your day-to-day involves leading care teams, managing complex patient care for older adults, and collaborating with hospitalists and transitional care teams. You will also partner with Center Operations Directors to drive financial performance and center membership growth. As the center evolves, you will play an active role in recruiting patients and providers, ensuring the team remains robust and capable of meeting market needs.
