About the Role
We are seeking Owner Operators to join our dedicated line haul team. This role involves driving Dry Van trucks on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes, covering an average of 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week. Drivers will handle 88% of loads with no requirement for driver load or unload duties. For those interested in leasing, we also offer a truck lease rental option.
Compensation and Home Time
Drivers can expect a gross average weekly pay of $8,000 to $10,000, paid weekly. Regarding home time, the schedule expects drivers to be out for 14 days, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. You are guaranteed to be home at least one weekend per month.
Hiring and Orientation
We offer a paid orientation process that can be conducted partly or fully online. To support new hires, we cover accommodation (providing drivers with their own room) and may cover some or all travel expenses. Please note that meals are not included during orientation.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, Semi Trailers, or Intrastate Only operations. Additionally, applicants must have at least 12 months of Tractor Trailer experience. Equipment must be a Dry Van; overdimensional trucks are not permitted, though there is no maximum age limit for the truck.
