About the Role
We are seeking Owner Operators to join our dedicated line haul team. This role focuses on OTR Dry Van routes, offering a stable schedule with an average of 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week. Drivers will handle 88% of loads with no driver load or unload responsibilities required. For those interested in expanding their fleet, we also offer a truck lease rental option.
Home Time
The typical schedule involves being on the road for 14 days, though drivers are welcome to stay out longer if they prefer. You can expect to be home at least one weekend per month.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Accommodation is provided during this period, with drivers assigned their own private rooms. While meals are not included, the program covers some or all travel expenses. Orientation can be conducted either partially or fully online.
