About the Role
We are seeking Owner Operators to join our dedicated line haul team. This role focuses on OTR Dry Van operations, offering a stable schedule with an average of 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week. Drivers will handle 88% of loads with no requirement for driver load or unload duties. For those interested in a different arrangement, we also offer a truck lease rental option.
Home Time & Lifestyle
Our schedule is designed to provide a balance between time on the road and time at home. Drivers can expect to be out for approximately 14 days at a time, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. The schedule ensures you are home for at least one weekend per month.
Hiring & Orientation
We offer a comprehensive paid orientation to get you started. This process can be conducted partly or fully online and includes coverage for some or all travel expenses. During orientation, accommodation is provided with drivers receiving their own private room; please note that meals are not included.
Equipment & Qualifications
To join our fleet, drivers must hold a Class A license without specific restrictions (L, Z, G, O, or K). Candidates must also possess at least 12 months of Tractor Trailer experience. We accept trucks of any age, provided they are not overdimensional.
