About the Role
We are seeking Owner Operators to join our dedicated line haul team. This role focuses on OTR Dry Van routes, offering a truck lease rental option for those who need it. Drivers will handle 88% of loads with an average of 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week. A key benefit of this position is that no driver load or unload is required.
Home Time
The schedule expects drivers to be out for 14 days at a time, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. You are guaranteed to be home for at least one weekend per month.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation to ensure a smooth start. Accommodation is provided during this period, with drivers assigned their own rooms. While meals are not included, the program covers some or all travel expenses. Orientation can be conducted either partially or fully online.
