About the Role
We are seeking Owner Operators to join our dedicated line haul team. This role focuses on OTR Dry Van operations, offering a consistent schedule with an average of 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week. Drivers will handle 88% of loads with no requirement for driver load or unload duties. A truck lease rental option is also available for those interested.
Compensation and Home Time
Drivers can expect a gross total weekly average pay of $8,000 to $10,000, paid weekly. Regarding home time, the schedule expects drivers to be out for 14 days, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. You are guaranteed to be home at least one weekend per month.
Hiring Process and Orientation
We offer a paid orientation process that can be conducted partly or fully online. To support your transition, we cover accommodation (providing drivers with their own room) and may cover some or all travel expenses. Please note that meals are not included during orientation.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, Semi Trailers, or Intrastate Only operations. Additionally, applicants must have at least 12 months of Tractor Trailer experience. Equipment requirements include a Dry Van with no maximum age limit, though overdimensional trucks are not permitted.
