About the Role
This position is designed for experienced CDL drivers who love the trucking life but are ready to get off the road to help train the next generation of drivers. You will serve as a Driving Instructor, utilizing your practical experience to teach others without needing prior teaching experience. Your day will involve communicating instructions to students, assessing their performance, and providing guidance on performing maneuvers both on the skills driving range and on public roads. You will work 4 to 12-hour shifts, ensuring that students master the principles and practices of safe truck driving and all relevant interstate laws and regulations.
