About the Role

This position seeks a Class A CDL Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light-duty trucks and work equipment at customer sites. The fleet includes vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll-offs. The role involves performing both driving and non-driving duties on and off customer sites associated with hazardous waste clean-up.

Safety is the number one priority for this role. Drivers must comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes while acting in a safe manner at all times. The position requires operating commercial trucks, assisting field laborers in a team atmosphere, and performing manual labor to ensure customer needs are met. Drivers are also responsible for loading and unloading trucks, properly placarding vehicles to meet Company and DOT requirements, and maintaining daily logs, time sheets, and various reports.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to be on call for emergency response on a rotating basis every other week. The position also involves site remediation, equipment decontamination, and the handling of hazardous materials. Drivers must follow all local, state, provincial, and federal compliance regulations and rules, as well as corporate operating guidelines.
